DELIVERY

The complete deliver process agreed upon buyer and supplier depends on the products needs and delivery time slot which will be referred in the quotation and purchase order.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENT:

Product Return Policy

We handle product returns according to the terms agreed upon with each client, as specified in the purchase order and invoice. The terms are based on mutual understanding between the buyer and the supplier and will be considered accordingly.

Promotional Services:

We provide promotional support for our products through external marketing consultants, focusing on B2B (business-to-business) deals.

Business Activity & Disclaimer:

Our role is limited to promoting products based on client-provided input and specifications. Buyers are responsible for verifying and validating all details before placing any orders, based on the supplier’s quotation.

All financial transactions must be made directly to the supplier’s account as specified in the invoice. We do not assume any financial risk, product liability, or responsibility for replacements.

Any legal actions, disputes, or claims arising from transactions are strictly between the supplier and the buyer, who act at their own risk. Marketing Tech Zone FZE, as a marketing consultant, will not be a party to any legal proceedings, in accordance with applicable local laws.
